This has always been one of my favorite sandwiches. Growing up on a farm gave me all the riches of good eating.

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread, any type you like, toasted
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 slices tomato, cut thick
  • 4 - eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish, sweet
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika, sweet mild
  • 1 bunch watercress

How To Make egg salad club sandwich

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine chopped eggs, pickle relish, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, and paprika
  • Step 2
    Butter toast,
  • Step 3
    Stack sandwich starting with a slice of buttered toast, top with egg mixture, another slice of toast, tomato, and water cress, then top with another slice of toast.
  • Step 4
    This sandwich is delicious served with a half cup of cottage chees on the side and a slice of cantaloupe.
