So simple and yet so good. I had never tried Edamame before and thought, hmm, why not. I tried one and thought it would make a wonderful salad. I'm glad I was right.

    1 bag of frozen, shelled, edamame
  • ·
    gouda cheese to taste
  • ·
    3 diced roma tomatoes
  • ·
    3-4 tablespoons chopped onion
  • ·
    balsamic vinegar dressing to taste
  • ·
    pinch of garlic powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Edamame Salad


  1. Cook and cool edamame according to the package. Add all ingredients and chill before serving.
