Easy Sugar Free Coleslaw
FOR THE SALAD
1/2 largehead savoy cabbage
1 largecarrot, shredded
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/4 tspsea salt
2 tspdry mustard
1 Tbspcelery seed
1 cunfiltered apple cider vinegar
2/3 cgrapeseed oil
How to Make Easy Sugar Free Coleslaw
- Shred the carrots and cabbage and put into a medium size bowl.
- Combine the other ingredients in a small sauce pan and warm until the Xylitol is dissolved.
- Cool the dressing
- Pour "some" of the dressing on the cabbage/carrot mixture and stir making sure it's all coated
- If you have left over dressing you can freeze it.
