Ingredients
- FOR THE SALAD
- 1/2 large head savoy cabbage
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1/4-1/2 cup xylitol
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon celery seed
- 1 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup grapeseed oil
How To Make easy sugar free coleslaw

Step 1Shred the carrots and cabbage and put into a medium size bowl.

Step 2Combine the other ingredients in a small sauce pan and warm until the Xylitol is dissolved.

Step 3Cool the dressing

Step 4Pour "some" of the dressing on the cabbage/carrot mixture and stir making sure it's all coated

Step 5If you have left over dressing you can freeze it.
