I love coleslaw and this one is so colourful. You can double the recipe if you wish.

  • 1/2 large
    head savoy cabbage
  • 1 large
    carrot, shredded

  • 1/4-1/2 c
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    celery seed
  • 1 c
    unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 c
    grapeseed oil

How to Make Easy Sugar Free Coleslaw


  1. Shred the carrots and cabbage and put into a medium size bowl.
  2. Combine the other ingredients in a small sauce pan and warm until the Xylitol is dissolved.
  3. Cool the dressing
  4. Pour "some" of the dressing on the cabbage/carrot mixture and stir making sure it's all coated
  5. If you have left over dressing you can freeze it.
  6. Enjoy!
