Yum! I ate Crab Louie as a child. This is just a chilled salad version I created.

Ingredients For diana's chilled crab louis salad

  • 1 c
    crabmeat
  • 6 stalk
    asparagus, diced and sauteed in olive oil until tender
  • 1 Tbsp
    real mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch
    sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    lemon or lime juice
  • 2 dash
    celery salt
  • 2 sprig
    parsley
  • 1 dash
    white pepper

How To Make diana's chilled crab louis salad

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill an hour. Serve with mango slices.
