Curry Broccoli Salad
I made it for our Ladies' Workshop last weekend at church, and there was not a sunflower seed left! Everyone wanted the recipe.
If you like a little curry, or alot, this salad will fit the bill.

How to Make Curry Broccoli Salad
- 1. Place the bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over med. high heat until the bacon is evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside.

- Whisk together the mayo, curry powder, sugar.(and vinegar).
Pour dressing over salad; toss well to coat and marinate over night. I stir right before serving.
