Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, washed, scored and thinly sliced
- 6 - 8 - radishes, ends trimmed, thinly sliced (optional)
- 1 medium sweet or red onion, peeled and thinly sliced into rings
- 1 1/2 cups white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar, or to taste
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cucumbers and vinegar

Step 1Wash the cucumbers and score with a fork or remove part of the skin.

Step 2Place the cucumbers, onions and radishes, if using, in a medium bowl.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix the vinegar, water and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Step 4Pour vinegar mixture over the cucumbers. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
