Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers
- 2 large tomato's
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
How To Make cucumber/tomato vinigrette

Step 1wash then thin slice cucumbers and cut tomato's into wedges then cut wedges in half.

Step 2in bowl mix oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.

Step 3place cucumbers and oil vinegar mixture in tupperwear bowl with lid refrigerate five minutes turn over and refrigerate five more minutes. add tomato's toss well refrigerate two more minutes, stir and serve
