This dish is great for any season! I especially like making it for BBQ's! It's also a salad you can just snack on anytime.

Ingredients

  • 3
    cucumbers peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 large
    purple onion sliced
  • 1 c
    french dressing
  • 3/4 c
    splenda
  • 3/4 c
    miracle whip
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • ·
    paprika

How to Make Cucumber Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel skin from cucumbers in narrow strips then cut cucumbers in think round slices.
    Place on small platter and arrange slices of onion over cucumbers.
    Combine all dressing ingredients in jar and shake vigorously.
    Pour over cucumbers and refridgerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, sprinkle with paprika!
