- 1/4 cup vunegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

How To Make cucumber parsley salad

Step 1Peel cucumbers and thinly slice. Place in a glass bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 1 hour or longer. Drain and squeeze out liquid. Combine with remaining ingredients. Makes about 4 servings.
