4 largecucumbers, washed and thinly sliced
1/2 largered onion, thinly sliced cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cwhite vinegar
1/2 tspsmoke flavored ground black pepper
1 tspfine sea salt
How to Make Cucumber and Red Onion Salad
- Wash and slice the cucumbers. Place in a large bowl.
- Slice the red onion thinly, and then cut into bite sized pieces, or 3-4 chunks per slice of onion. Separate the pieces and add to the cucumbers.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over cucumbers and onions. Pour vinegar over the top of the cucumbers and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours and then serve.
