Ingredients
- 1/2 - loaf sour dough bread
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
How To Make crispy sour dough croutons

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Spread cubed bread onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes, cool completely When croutons are completely cool, melt butter and wisk with seasonings until smooth and frothy

Step 3Gently toss croutons with melted butter until well coated

Step 4Return croutons to a 350 degree oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until desired level of doneness. Let cool and add to salad
