cauliflower salad
This is almost like eating potato salad! Very tasty! I tried to replicate the flavor from our family's potato salad recipe. Hubby said it's perfect, don't change a thing!!

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into small florets
- 2/3 cup celery, cut very small
- 1 bunch green onions, cut up to the green, cut very small
- 4 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 2/3 cup miracle whip
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup half and half
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cauliflower salad

Step 1Cook cauliflower florets until tender. About 4 or 5 minutes. DON'T OVER COOK! Keep them a little crisp. Drain well, and set aside to cool.

Step 2While the cauliflower is cooling, cut the celery, green onions, peel and chop the hard boiled eggs. Add to the cooled cauliflower, and mix together. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

Step 3In a small bowl mix together the miracle whip, sugar, and the half and half. Pour over the cauliflower mixture, and mix well.

Step 4Chill well, and serve!
