How to Make Cauliflower Salad

  1. Cook cauliflower florets until tender. About 4 or 5 minutes. DON'T OVER COOK! Keep them a little crisp.
Drain well, and set aside to cool.
  2. While the cauliflower is cooling, cut the celery, green onions, peel and chop the hard boiled eggs.
Add to the cooled cauliflower, and mix together.
Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  3. In a small bowl mix together the miracle whip, sugar, and the half and half.
Pour over the cauliflower mixture, and mix well.
  4. Chill well, and serve!
