Ingredients

1 pkg
corn bread muffins (12)
2 c
mayo or salad drsg
1
onion, chopped
1
green sweet pepper, chopped
1/2 c
chopped celery
2
med tomatoes, diced
1
red sweet pepper, chopped
1 c
shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 Tbsp
original mrs dash

Step-By-Step

1Bake muffins the day before you intend to make the salad and after they cool cut into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl and cover.
2The next day add the remaining ingredients to the cornbread and toss gently, but thoroughly with two large salad forks.
