This was given to be by an elderly friend who was an excellent cook!

Ingredients

  • 1 package corn bread muffins (12)
  • 2 cups mayo or salad drsg
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 2 - med tomatoes, diced
  • 1 - red sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon original mrs dash

How To Make corn bread salad

  • Step 1
    Bake muffins the day before you intend to make the salad and after they cool cut into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl and cover.
  • Step 2
    The next day add the remaining ingredients to the cornbread and toss gently, but thoroughly with two large salad forks.
