Ingredients
- 1 package corn bread muffins (12)
- 2 cups mayo or salad drsg
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 - green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 - med tomatoes, diced
- 1 - red sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon original mrs dash
How To Make corn bread salad

Step 1Bake muffins the day before you intend to make the salad and after they cool cut into bite size pieces. Place in a large bowl and cover.

Step 2The next day add the remaining ingredients to the cornbread and toss gently, but thoroughly with two large salad forks.
