- 2 cans pinto beans drain one can
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 cups fresh tomatoe chopped
- 1 pound bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 - green pepper chopped
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup dill pickle juice
- 1 - cucumber sliced

Step 1Bake corn bread and break into small pieces in a large salad bowl.Pour the beans over bread,then add pepper,onion,tomatoes,bacon then cucumbers.Make a dressing of mayonnaise & pickle juice.Pour over top wait 15-20 mins to serve
