6 Tbsprice vinegar, unseasoned

6 Tbspvegetable oil

5 Tbspcream peanut butter

3 Tbspsoy sauce or tamari

3 Tbsplight brown sugar, packed

2 Tbspfresh ginger, peeled and minced

1 1/2 Tbspfresh garlic, minced

5 cgreen cabbage, thinly sliced

2 cred cabbage,thinly sliced

2 lgred or yellow bell peppers, cut into matchstick size strips

2 mdcarrots, peeled and cut into matchstick size strips

8 lggreen onions, cutinto matchstick size strips

1/2 cfresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make colorful asian slaw

1Whisk first 7 ingredients in a small bowl to blend. Chill, but let stand 30 minutes at room temperature before serving.

2Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
