coleslaw with cilantro
I really like Cafeteria Cole Slaw by one of my favorite members. This is an adaptation of that recipe but with some extra ingredients. It can be used on fish tacos, too! If you are one of those people who think cilantro tastes like soap, don't bother to try this!!! (Cook time is actually time to rest before serving - not you, the coleslaw!)
