Ingredients
- 4 cups brussel sprouts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 6 ounces pomegranate arils with juice
- 12 ounces mandarin oranges
- 1/4 cup almonds, slivered
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 large orange, zest and juice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make citrus brussel sprout salad

Step 1Wash brussel sprouts. Cut off end and remove old leaves. Shred finely. Put into a large bowl.

Step 2Add cranberries, pomegranate arils, mandarin orange segments and slivered almonds.

Step 3Mix together maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, orange zest, orange juice and cinnamon. Pour dressing over salad. Toss until completely covered with dressing.

Step 4Chill one to two hours or overnight.
