- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped tomatos
- 1 cup chopped cucumbers
- 1 cup red and or green sweet pepper
- 1 cup chopped tart apple
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chopped salad

Step 1Mix chopped vegetables and apple together in a mixing bowl .Combine remaining ingredients, pour over vegetables and apples.Toss Refigerate to allow flavors to blend .
