Ingredients

1 largeand 1 small head of napa cabbage

5green onions, chopped

1stick butter, may use less

2 pkgramen noodles crumbled (don't use seasoning packet)

1 pkgslivered almonds

1bottle sesame seeds
-
1 cupsugar, or to taste, or substitute

3/4cup oil
-
1/4cup vinegar
-
2 tbssoy sauce, or to taste
How to Make Chinese Cabbage Salad
- Mix chopped cabbage and onions. Chill. Melt butter. Add noodles, seeds, and almonds. Brown in skillet until light brown. Mix sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce well. Add to salad 20 minutes before serving.
