Ingredients

  • 1 package chicken flavor ramen noodles
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces broccoli slaw mix
  • 1/2 cup almonds, sunflower seeds, or rice noodles (or all three, if you like crunchy)

How To Make chinese broccoli slaw

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, combine the flavor package of soup (from the Ramen noodle package) with the oil, sugar and vinegar.
  • Step 2
    Add the broccoli slaw.
  • Step 3
    Crush up the Ramen noodles & mix in.
  • Step 4
    Mix all well and top with the almonds and/or sunflower seeds and/or rice noodles.
  • Step 5
    Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
