1 pkgchicken flavor ramen noodles
1/3 cbalsamic vinegar
1/4 cvegetable oil
8 ozbroccoli slaw mix
1/2 calmonds, sunflower seeds, or rice noodles (or all three, if you like crunchy)
How to Make Chinese Broccoli Slaw
- In a large bowl, combine the flavor package of soup (from the Ramen noodle package) with the oil, sugar and vinegar.
- Add the broccoli slaw.
- Crush up the Ramen noodles & mix in.
- Mix all well and top with the almonds and/or sunflower seeds and/or rice noodles.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
