chickpeas (garbanzos), drained

diced red onion
1 medium
cucumber, peeled and diced
1 medium
tomato, chopped
1/2 c
red wine vinegar
1/2 c
balsamic vinegar
2 tsp
parsley
1 tsp
dill weed
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
lime juice

How to Make Chickpea Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a bowl, combine chickpeas, tomato, cucumber and onion. Toss gently to mix.
  • 2In a small bowl, combine both vinegars, lime and lemon juices, parsley and dill weed. Mix very well.
  • 3Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
