Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzos), drained
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
How To Make chickpea salad

Step 1In a bowl, combine chickpeas, tomato, cucumber and onion. Toss gently to mix.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine both vinegars, lime and lemon juices, parsley and dill weed. Mix very well.

Step 3Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
