  • 1 can(s)
    chickpeas (garbanzos), drained
  • 1/4 c
    diced red onion
  • 1 medium
    cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium
    tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    lime juice

How to Make Chickpea Salad


  1. In a bowl, combine chickpeas, tomato, cucumber and onion. Toss gently to mix.
  2. In a small bowl, combine both vinegars, lime and lemon juices, parsley and dill weed. Mix very well.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
