This is really tasty and a nice way to combine chick peas and rice in one dish. You can serve this over a bed of greens as well.

leek, chopped thin, cleaned (disgard green part)
garlic, roasted and minced
red pepper flakes
fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
toated sesame seeds
additional options: chopped cucumber, tomato or tahini sauce.
How To Make
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until evenly combined.
You can heat this one up, or stick it in the fridge and eatit cold.
It keeps up to about a week.
