This is really tasty and a nice way to combine chick peas and rice in one dish. You can serve this over a bed of greens as well.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cook rice
- 1-15 oz. can chick peas
- 1 small leek, chopped thin, cleaned (disgard green part)
- 2 cloves garlic, roasted and minced
- 1/4-1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons cumin, ground
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons toated sesame seeds
- - additional options: chopped cucumber, tomato or tahini sauce.
