Have not made this one, but have eaten it, soooo good, you gotta love cheese, choose your main dish, this will pair with almost anything. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint
    whipping cream
  • 1
    large can sliced pineapple, drained & cup up
  • 1 pkg
    mini marshmallows
  • 1
    small pkg velveeta cheese
  • 1 jar
    marischino cherries
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 cup
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tbs
    vinegar

How to Make Cheese Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs, add butter, sugar & vinegar.Put in double boiler & stir constantly until thickens.
  2. Have cheese cut in small pieces, add to mixture & keep stirring until all the cheese is dissolved. Add pineapple & marshmallows to cheese sauce. Set in ice to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Whip cream & add into mixture. Put into a 9x10 pyrex dish & cover with foil. Store in fridge overnight, or at least until completely cooled and set.
