Ingredients

1/2 pintwhipping cream
-
1large can sliced pineapple, drained & cup up

1 pkgmini marshmallows
-
1small pkg velveeta cheese
-
1 jarmarischino cherries
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1/2 cupsugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tbsvinegar
How to Make Cheese Salad
- Beat eggs, add butter, sugar & vinegar.Put in double boiler & stir constantly until thickens.
- Have cheese cut in small pieces, add to mixture & keep stirring until all the cheese is dissolved. Add pineapple & marshmallows to cheese sauce. Set in ice to cool for a few minutes.
- Whip cream & add into mixture. Put into a 9x10 pyrex dish & cover with foil. Store in fridge overnight, or at least until completely cooled and set.
