Have not made this one, but have eaten it, soooo good, you gotta love cheese, choose your main dish, this will pair with almost anything. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients For cheese salad

1/2 pintwhipping cream
-
1large can sliced pineapple, drained & cup up

1 pkgmini marshmallows
-
1small pkg velveeta cheese
-
1 jarmarischino cherries
-
1/2 stickbutter
-
1/2 cupsugar
-
2eggs
-
1 tbsvinegar
How To Make cheese salad

1Beat eggs, add butter, sugar & vinegar.Put in double boiler & stir constantly until thickens.

2Have cheese cut in small pieces, add to mixture & keep stirring until all the cheese is dissolved. Add pineapple & marshmallows to cheese sauce. Set in ice to cool for a few minutes.

3Whip cream & add into mixture. Put into a 9x10 pyrex dish & cover with foil. Store in fridge overnight, or at least until completely cooled and set.
