- 4 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry jerk seasoning (or to taste)
- 3/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
How To Make caribbean coleslaw

Step 1Combine the shredded cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl and set aside.

Step 2Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and jerk seasoning.

Step 3Spoon the mayo mixture over the cabbage mixture. Toss well.
