This recipe is one of the best salads I have ever tried. It is so easy to put together and so yummy. My family absoluetly loves it.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    extra light virgin oil
  • 6 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    accent seasoning
  • 1
    cabbage (chopped)
  • 6
    green onions chopped
  • 12 oz
    cooked plain cocktail shrimp
  • 2 pkg
    ramen noodles (crushed)
  • 1 pkg
    sunflower seeds (optional)

How to Make Cabbage Shrimp Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl combine cabbage, green onion, shrimp, and ramen noodles,
  2. Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, and accent seasoning. Stir well.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad. Toss gently. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour. The longer it sits the better the flavor.
  4. Prior to serving, add sunflower seeds.
