Ingredients
- 16 ounces brussel sprouts
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 10 slices precooked bacon
- 1 medium green apple
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- HONEY DIJON MUSTARD DILL DRESSING
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons honey dijon mustard by skinnygirl
- 1 small lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pinches dried dill
How To Make brussel sprout and zucchini slaw

Step 1In a medium bowl the mayonnaise and Honey Dijon Mustard.

Step 2Squeeze the lime juice into the mayonnaise and Honey Dijon Mustard,

Step 3Add the Dill, Salt and Pepper to the mixture, mix well. Set the dressing aside.

Step 4Cut ends off Brussel Sprouts, then cut them in half. In a food processor using the grater blade, grate a few Brussel Sprouts at a time. Add grated Sprouts to a large bowl.

Step 5Grate the Zucchini are dice it, and add to the Broussel Sprouts.

Step 6Cook the bacon! Allow to cool!

Step 7Peel the apple and dice it, and add to the Brussel Sprouts and Zucchini.

Step 8Crumble the bacon and add to the Brussel Sprouts and Zucchini.

Step 9Pour in the sunflower seeds, mix well.

Step 10Add the dressing and toss the slaw! Chill 30 minutes!
