This is a great salad to make for our hot Southern days. I often add different add-ins to clear out the fridge. Good add-ins include cooked chicken, diced green pepper, fresh oriental vegetable mixes, snow peas, dried pineapple, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds, etc. Such an easy recipe to customize, and a real crowd pleaser!
If there is any leftover, it makes a great wrap the next day with some chicken or salmon.

-
1/2 csugar (i use less, but do it to taste)
-
1/2` coil
-
1/3 cvinegar (i tend to use white as often as possible, but apple cider and rice work well, too)

1 dash(es)powdered garlic (i can't get enough of the stuff), optional
How to Make Broccoli Slaw
- Break the Ramen noodles to pea sized pieces. In a medium sized container, whisk the sugar, oil, vinegar, and spice packets from the Ramen noodles together. Add the remaining ingredients; tossing to coat. Refrigerate for several hours, before serving. Serve cold.
