My husband's niece made this, at a family event. It was great! When I make it, I use Sour Cream instead of the mayo. :)

No-Cook or Other


  • 1 cup
    mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup
  • 2 TBLS
    apple cider vinegar
  • 8 cups
    broccoli florets
  • 1 Can
    mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1/2 Cup
    red onion ( chopped )
  • 6 to 8
    bacon strips ( cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup

How to Make Broccoli Salad


  1. Wisk Mayo ( Or Sour Cream ), sugar & apple cider vinegar. Cover & Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Combine Broccoli, oranges, onions, bacon & raisens
    Add dressing toss to coat.
    Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
