Ingredients For broccoli salad

  • 1 lg
    head of broccoli, broken into bite size pieces
  • 6 to 8 slice
    bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c
    golden raisins
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    granulated sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, chopped (optional)

How To Make broccoli salad

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in serving vessel. Toss together until well combined. Put in fridge for at least 6 hours , but best if left overnight.
