This is our favorite broccoli salad recipe. I have tried others but keep coming back to this.

Ingredients

2-3 bunch
broccoli florets
3-4
green onions (chopped)
3/4 c
cashew halves
3/4 c
raisins or cranraisins
6 slice
crisp bacon

How to Make Broccoli Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. In small bowl, wisk together 1 cup mayonnaise, 5 Tbsps red wine vinegar, 3 Tbsps sugar, and a dash of black pepper. Pour dressing over salad and refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight to develop flavors. Enjoy!
  • 2Water chestnuts can be substituted for cashews.
