  • 1 lb
    fresh broccoli, chopped fine
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c
    slivered almonds
  • 2/3 c
    sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/3 can(s)
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 pkg
    dry season packets out of chicken ramen noodles
  • 2 pkg
    chicken ramen noodles

How to Make Broccoli Coleslaw


  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Mix next 4 ingredients and pour over the first ingredients. Place noodles from 2 packages of Chicken Ramen Noodles in large baggie and mildly crumble. Add noodles stirring to coat good. Refrigerate before serving!
