Ingredients
- 6 medium plum tomatoes/quartered
- 2 medium celery ribs/sliced on the bias
- 2 jars artichoke hearts/marinated
- 3 large peppers/red & yellow-julienned
- 1 large cucumber /peeled,seeded,halved,& thinly sliced
- 1 medium red onion/julienned
- 1 jar marinated mushrooms/drained
- 1 cup small fresh mozzarella balls
- 1 bottle italian dressing
- 1/2 bunch basil/chopped
