Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 can apple cider vinegar

- 1 cup chopped sweet pepper
- 1 cup green onion
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can lentils or other beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can niblets corn
How To Make bean salad

Step 1Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Mix the dressing ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil, stir until sugar dissolves.

Step 3Cool mixture for 20-25 min. and then pour over veggies.Mix well. Enjoy
