1/2 c
olive oil
1/2 c
sugar
3/4 can(s)
apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper

SALAD

1 c
chopped sweet pepper
1 c
green onion
1 c
celery chopped
1 can(s)
black beans drained and rinsed
1 can(s)
lentils or other beans drained and rinsed
1 can(s)
niblets corn

How to Make Bean Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 2Mix the dressing ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil, stir until sugar dissolves.
  • 3Cool mixture for 20-25 min. and then pour over veggies.Mix well. Enjoy
