I love to make salads out of anything this is a salad I mixed up using leftover rice and beans. You can use can beans as well,use the 15 oz can.

Ingredients
- - 2 c pinto beans,drained
- - 2 c black beans,drained
- - 3 c rice,cooked and cooled
- - 10 oz pkg. frozen green peas,thawed
- - 1/2 c red onion,chopped
- - 8 oz can green chilies,diced
- - 1/4 c cilantro,chopped
- - garlic dressing :
- - 1/3 c white wine vinegar
- - 1/4 c olive oil
- - 3/4 t. salt
- - 1/2 t. garlic powder
- - 1/2 t. pepper
How To Make bean and rice salad

Step 1Whisk garlic dressing ingredients together. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour enough dressing to coat ingredients, Stir well. Chill.
