  • 1 large
    english cucumbers, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    splenda
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1 medium
    lime zest
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 large
    garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 small
    hot chili pepper. chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh basil leaves,torn
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh mint, chopped

How to Make Basil-Mint Cucumber Salad
