Ingredients For barbara’s cole slaw

  • FINELY SHRED FOR COLE SLAW:
  • 3
    cabbage head (green leaves)
  • 1-2
    carrot, shredded (optional)
  • DRESSING
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp
    hellman’s mayonnaise
  • drizzle
    wesson oil
  • To taste
    salt and pepper

How To Make barbara’s cole slaw

    Whisk together mayo sugar vinegar
  • 2
    Add drizzle of oil and whisk to emulsify
  • 3
    Add finely shredded cabbage
  • 4
    Add salt and pepper to taste
  • 5
    For best results, make night before
