Ingredients

  • FINELY SHRED FOR COLE SLAW:
  • 3 cabbage head (green leaves)
  • 1-2 carrot, shredded (optional)
  • DRESSING
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons hellman’s mayonnaise
  • drizzle wesson oil
  • To taste salt and pepper

How To Make barbara’s cole slaw

  • Step 1
    Whisk together mayo sugar vinegar
  • Step 2
    Add drizzle of oil and whisk to emulsify
  • Step 3
    Add finely shredded cabbage
  • Step 4
    Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Step 5
    For best results, make night before
