Egg salad sandwiches ... add bacon .. yum !
My recipe is for you to customize to suit your own taste.
I do not put quantities .. I like more dill than some and I like less salt than others.
So just use this as a guide and go nuts mixing and matching and then enjoy a truly delicious sandwich!
By the way .. this mixture is also good served on a bed of greens.

How to Make Bacon and Egg Salad Sandwich
- Shred or finely chop the hard boiled egg.
Add all other ingredients - except the mayonnaise, croissant and the optional garnish toppings - to the egg in a bowl and mix until well blended.
Add just enough mayonnaise to hold it together .. do not overdress your egg salad.
Chill for at least an hour before serving atop a soft flaky croissant.
