Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound medium size macaroni shells,cooked
  • 1 cup fresh cut broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 cup radishes, sliced
  • 12 ounces fresh or canned crabmeat
  • 2 large avocados,peeled,pitted,diced
  • 1/4 cup each sliced green onions, and chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup each red and yellow bell peppers, in strips
  • 1/2 cup veggie oil
  • 1 tablespoon each of honey and lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon blk.pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon season salt

How To Make avocado & crabmeat salad

  • Step 1
    Cook Macaroni till done.Cook broccoli 4 mins. Drain. Combined drained,shells,broccoli,radishes,crabmeat,avocados,onions,parsley,peppers, in a large salad bowl.In a small bowl,blend remaining ingredients. Toss with salad serve immediately or chill... *****Serves:6-8
