Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados,hass brand if you can get them!
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 small seedless cucumber
- 1 medium lime
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 pinch oregano, dried
- 1 pound cooked plain shrimp
- 4 medium serving bowls
- 1 bunch butter lettuce leaves
How To Make avocado and tomato salad with shrimp

Step 1Peel and dice avocado into bite sIze pieces along with the tomato and the cucumber into a large mixing bowl. Add the cooked shrimp,mix well.

Step 2Grate 1/2 of the lime zest then squeeze the juice into the salad.Finley chop about 1 cup of the cilantro leaves,add the oregano,olive oil,cilantro,salt&pepper to the salad. Mix well and refrigerate.

Step 3line the bowls with the butter lettuce leaves,fill with salad and serve. This can be served with warm tortillas or bread whichever you prefer! Enjoy!
