This originally was a weight watchers recipe that I modified a little.
Make sure you have nice ripe avacados and nice ripe tomatoes to make this.

ripe avacados, sliced
ripe tomatoes, sliced
red onion, sliced
1 to 2 Tbsp
sugar, or more to taste
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make
Slice avacados, tomatoes, and onion and arrange on a plate, overlapping a little.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over all, being sure to hit the avacados, then sprinkle the oil, and then sugar and salt and pepper
