This originally was a weight watchers recipe that I modified a little. Make sure you have nice ripe avacados and nice ripe tomatoes to make this.

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avacados, sliced
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar, or more to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make avacado tomato salad

Step 1Slice avacados, tomatoes, and onion and arrange on a plate, overlapping a little.

Step 2Sprinkle the lemon juice over all, being sure to hit the avacados, then sprinkle the oil, and then sugar and salt and pepper
