This so smooth. You just can't get enough of it. It's so refreshing. I serve it for the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup diced granny smith apples leave peeling on
  • 1 ( 3 oz) boxes lemon flavored jellotin
  • 1. (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 to 1 cups finely chopped celery
  • 1 quart coolwhip
  • 1 ounce 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make autumn salad

  • Step 1
    In saucepan, combine the pineapple and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil 8 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Add gelatine, stir till resolved.
  • Step 3
    Add cream cheese, and stir till mixed well.
  • Step 4
    Let cool.
  • Step 5
    Add the soles, nuts, celery, and whip cream.
  • Step 6
    Pour into a 9"square dish. Put a wrap over top and place in refrigerator and let set. Then enjoy it.
