This is a good salad to have with an Asian entree. I discovered this in a church cookbook. I like the salad the way it is but I also like putting in one teaspoon of soy sauce. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 2 medium
    tomatoes cut in wedges
  • 3/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c
    sliced radishes
  • 1/3 c
    sliced green onion
  • 1 pkg
    italian dressing mix
  • 1/3 c
    salad oil
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tsp
    sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 16 oz
    chinese chop suey vegetables,drained

How to Make Asian Wilted Green Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, celery, tomatoes, green pepper, radishes, and onion. In a saucepan, combine salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and Chinese vegetables. Heat to boiling, [about 5 minutes] and pour over salad mixture. Toss gently to coat. Serve at once.
