asian wilted green salad
This is a good salad to have with an Asian entree. I discovered this in a church cookbook. I like the salad the way it is but I also like putting in one teaspoon of soy sauce. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ingredients
- 3 cups torn lettuce
- 3 cups torn fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 2 medium tomatoes cut in wedges
- 3/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion
- 1 package italian dressing mix
- 1/3 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 16 ounces chinese chop suey vegetables,drained
How To Make asian wilted green salad

Step 1In a large salad bowl, combine lettuce, spinach, celery, tomatoes, green pepper, radishes, and onion. In a saucepan, combine salad dressing mix, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and Chinese vegetables. Heat to boiling, [about 5 minutes] and pour over salad mixture. Toss gently to coat. Serve at once.
