ali's kale-blueberry salad
Eating this salad makes me feel so healthy! Also, it is colorful and pretty. P.S. - I had a hard time finding the right dressing for this salad, and tried several - I found Marie's Pomegranate Blueberry Vinaigrette dressing (in the produce section) to be perfect!

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh kale, chopped
- 1 small carrot, shredded*
- 1 ounce cabbage, shredded*
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup slivered or sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup blueberries, fresh
- - marie's pomegranate blueberry vinaigrette dressing!
- - * instead of shredded carrot/cabbage, use 1/2 cup already made broccoli slaw
How To Make ali's kale-blueberry salad

Step 1Rinse and drain kale, chop into small pieces, put into large salad bowl. Shred carrot and cabbage, if using (or use store-bought broccoli slaw, already shredded), add to bowl. Dice red onion, add to bowl.

Step 2Add sunflower seeds, almonds, cranberries and blueberries. Toss to mix well.

Step 3Add dressing and serve.
