A Stacked Salad
- 2 large tomatoes, each cut in 6 slices
- 6 oz mozzarella cheese,cut in 6 slices
- 1/4 c italian salad dressing
- red onion,cut in 6 slices
- seedless cucumber,12 slices
- 1/4 c pesto
Top each tomato slice with onion,2 cucumbers each and remaining tomato.
Drizzle with remaining dressing and top with a small dollop of pesto.
