Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    3 oz. lemon jello
  • 2
    sliced bananas
  • 1 can(s)
    13 oz. pineapple tidbits (save the juice)
  • 1 can(s)
    11 oz. mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c
    mini-marshmallows
  • 1
    beaten egg
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    saved pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 pt
    whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 pkg
    kraft cracker barrel cheese, shredded

How to Make THREE LAYER JELLO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. 1st layer: Prepare jello as directed on package. Let thicken, then add: 2 sliced bananas, pineapple tidbits, mandarin oranges, mini-marshmallows.

    use a 9x13 pan.
  2. 2nd layer: combine l beaten egg, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup pineapple juice in small saucepan. Cook until thickens. Add 2 Tbsp. butter. Cool. Fold into 1 pint of whipped cream. Spread on top of jello.
  3. 3rd layer: sprinkle shredded cheese on top, refrigerate.
