  • 1/2 c
    hot (boiled) water
  • 3 oz
    lime jello (small box)
  • 12 oz
    small curd cottage cheese
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/2 c
    diced cucumber
  • 1/4 c
    green onion cut up

How to Make spring salad


  1. dissolve jello in hot water.. when cooled.. beat to frothy / foamy
  2. add remaining ingredients , mix well and pour into 8 -9 inch dish Refrigerate over night
