my mom made this for bridge club.. it was much look forward to. sounds odd but really is a cool refreshing crisp taste..

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot (boiled) water
- 3 ounces lime jello (small box)
- 12 ounces small curd cottage cheese
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup green onion cut up
How To Make spring salad

Step 1dissolve jello in hot water.. when cooled.. beat to frothy / foamy

Step 2add remaining ingredients , mix well and pour into 8 -9 inch dish Refrigerate over night
