2 small boxraspberry jello
1 csour cream
2 cboiling water
1 can(s)whole berry jellied cranberries
1 cchopped pecans
How to Make Sour Cream Cranberry Salad
- Boil 2 cups water. Put 1 cup in deep bowl and add can of cranberries, blend until liquid and smooth.
Take other 1 cup of hot water and dissolve 2 packages of raspberry jello. Add dissolved jello to cranberry mixture, add pecans.
- Put 1/2 of mixture in either a jello mold or 8x8 dish, and chill until almost firm. Than once firm spread sour cream over the firm jello.
- Once sour cream is spread add remainder of mixture on top of the sour cream. Refrigerate until firm, and serve.
