Sis or I share this every time we make it. It's great just as a jello salad or on a turkey sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    large or 2 small raspberry j-ello
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar (may need 2 c)
  • 1 pkg
    fresh or frozen whole cranberrys
  • 1 can(s)
    crushed pineapple (large)
  • 4 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1
    orange (zest)

How to Make Sis's Cranberry Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush cranberrys in a food chopper.
  2. Mix Jell-o according to pkg directions
  3. Add sugar (I use the smaller am't)
  4. Add remaining ingredients.
    Optional 1/2 C chopped walnuts
  5. Pour into pretty glass dish
    Chill until set
