this is a real good salad my best friends mom used to make it and i got the recipe from her

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup splender
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 cup unsweetend crushed pineapple
  • 1- 3 ounces sugar free orange jello
  • 2 cups fat free non diary whipped topping
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges

How To Make healthy orange jello salad with whipped topping

  • Step 1
    mix together the splenda, water, vinegar and 1 cup crushed pineapple. bring to a boil, add the orange jello mix. mix well until dissolved.
  • Step 2
    let the jello cool until it starts to set. fold in the whipped topping and 1 cup cottage cheese, then add the mandarin oranges.
