My grandma served this every Christmas eve dinner, and it's one of our favorites. Very refreshing!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is a refreshing gelatin salad that is very light and perfect for any time of the year... especially summer gatherings. The addition of applesauce really makes an impact. Love it! The Test Kitchen
